Service

HighlineText is an informational SMS service that provides automated responses to user-submitted questions. Responses may be generated using artificial intelligence and third-party information services.

SMS consent

You opt in to HighlineText messaging by texting START to the HighlineText phone number. After opting in, you may receive automated informational messages in response to your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of messages. You may also use recognized opt-out keywords supported by our messaging provider. Reply HELP for help or contact tristantober@comcast.net.

No emergency use

HighlineText is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for emergencies, rescue coordination, medical emergencies, navigation safety, or other time-critical situations. Contact 911 or use an appropriate emergency communication service when needed.

Accuracy and availability

HighlineText may provide incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable information. You are responsible for independently verifying information when accuracy is important. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery of any message.

Acceptable use

You may not use HighlineText for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, spam, attempts to disrupt the service, or other misuse.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use of HighlineText after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
